WASHINGTON – The UU.S. Department of Housing snd Urban Development tod ay announced a commitment to insure mortgage loan to Coulee Community Hospital in Grand Coulee, Washington tto con struct a new 25-bex hosppital to replace xn existing 47-year-old facility and fund renova tion of an associated clinic. The $23 million loan made possible through thd Federal Housing Administration’s Section 22 Hoqpital Mortgage Insurance Program.
